PANCAKESLots of syrup, and a generous pat of butter. Always.
WHOLE SNAPPER SALT BAKE How can you say no?
FLUFFIEST RICOTTA BLUEBERRY PANCAKESSo so so fluffy! And buttermilky tangy. and blueberry sweet.
CABBAGE SALAD WITH LEMON HERB DRESSINGCabbage is super healthy for you. Dressing these guys in a light lemon herb sauce makes it so refreshing. And also, super good for you.
HUMMUS Always a good idea. Especially with a good pour of quality olive oil. And delicious crackers.
TOMATOES!Tomatoes in season are like candy. A nice bruschetta with a refreshing glass of crisp white on a breezy summer evening is where my heart is at.
KOREAN BBQ STEAK SSäM That juicy, mouthwatering meat. Savory Korean BBQ sauce all around. Fresh lettuce, and crunchy radish pickles to bring out that meaty flavor. Yeah, it is a BIG TIME crowd pleaser.
GRILLED BRANZINO, PANCETTA, LEMON, HERBSThis delicious recipe by Mikhail Baryshnikov is in the God's Love We Deliver's cookbook. It's simply delicious with hints of lemon, verbena, thyme and pancetta. You will finish it in about... 2 minutes.

This dreamy spread of fried chicken with spicy honey drizzled all over, hot and sweet sticky wings, 7 layer dips, and bottles of ice cold beer to wash it all down with.... now this will make it worth the game whether your favorite team wins or loses.

BUDWEISER SUPERBOWL BURGERS Game day burger better be loaded! Juicy patty, thick layer of cheddar cheese, avo, and eggs..... gotta eat like a champion, ya know?
WHAT SUMMER DREAMS ARE MADE OF There is nothing like a good lobster boil in the summer. Steamy yet tender lobster meat, warm melted butter, that distinct salty flavor of Old Bay seasoning, grilled corn on the cob dusted with chili, fresh blueberry galette with a dollop of crème fraîche, and icy cold beer to wash it all down with. I'm telling you, these are what summer dreams are made of.
SURF + TURF Adult version We were trying to think of ways to make the old school feel of surf and turf a bit more femme, and a bit more sexy. Et voilà !
MUSHROOM SAUSAGE PASTAPasta with creamy mushroom cheese sauce with Trois petits cochons' chicken sausage? Savory, satisfying, yet light and delightful... It melts you into that world of happiness where you never want to get out.
STEAK TACOS WITH CHIMICHURRITacos are one of my all time favorite things to make and to eat. When it is a steak taco, I lose my $hit. It is so juicy, and meaty, and filling, and oh so so satisfying. Definitely my go-to meal to prepare for a small get together for my favorite peeps.
DUCK RAGUEarthy and savory, this ragu on freshly made pasta is simple yet sophisticated dish that will make everyone raise their eyebrow in pleasant surprise. Tired of regular pasta dishes? This is the answer.
POULET RôTI, BROWN BUTTER FRENCH BREAKFAST RADISHES, ROASTED POTATOESThere is perhaps nothing like roasted chicken that embodies tradition and comfort. It's such a simple meal, yet satisfying in a sense that it feeds body and the soul. It made me sublimely happy, so I highly recommend you to try making the same at home. 100% Satisfaction guaranteed, or your money back.
FRIED EGG, FOIE GRAS, SALAMIDare you name a more satisfying breakfast ideas. Well, actually I may have a couple. But seriously, how can you not love this simple yet "haute cuisine" umami brekkie? I don't think I can be friends with you if you don't agree with me.
SPICY KOREAN BBQ WINGS for WE RUB YOUI'm not even the most Korean Korean person, but can never say no to spicy Korean BBQ wings. In fact, I would assume that if any Korean person didn't dig this like I did, they would be from the North Korea or something. We Rub You also made it super E-Z to make too.
FRENCH ONION ROAST BEEF SANDOClassy game day grubs. Not that I dislike wings and other options.
SIMPLY PHO COOKBOOKVietnamese cooking cannot be complete without this wonder sando, Bahn Mi. Wonder sando, indeed.
HEALTHY WINTER VEGGIES BIBIMBAPOften times eating healthy vegetable dishes means boring. This delicious and healthy (yes, both!) bibimbap I created for We Rub You is chock full of nutrients and flavors. Quinoa, kale, red cabbage, mushroom, and carrots with sunny side up and sweet spicy gochujang sauce. The sauce is SO GOOD it will make you want to eat a bucket of kale. Trust me on it.
THE CURE-ALL = CHICKEN CONGEEIf a homemade chicken congee can't cure what ails you, I don't know what to tell ya. This deeply soothing bowl could probably bring you back from the dead. After homemade pho, this is my absolute favorite. Like, I seriously couldn't be friends with you if you wouldn't eat this.
NATTO, OKRA, NAGAIMO, SEARED TUNASlimy trio of Natto, Okra, and grated Nagaimo are super super healthy for you (and delicious!!) One of my favorite lunches I ever made for myself.
MANDOO Korean dumplings are called Mandoo. Typically it has ground pork or beef, crumbled tofu, chives, vermicelli noodles, ginger, and garlic. It not only fills your stomach, it fills your soul.
EVERYTHING DUCK FOR LES TROIS PETITS COCHONSDuck is one of my favorite proteins of all times. It is unique in its flavor and texture, and there is just nothing like it. Its fat is nutty and delicious, and it helps crisp up its skin. A table full of delicious duck dishes is what I consider luxury.
BRUNCH SPREAD FOR TROIS PETITS COCHONSWho doesn't like a good brunch on weekends? Especially when they come with delicious cured meats.
NOODLES + DUMPLINGS for TWIN MARQUIS / CJNoodles and dumplings are in my DNA. But if they weren't, how could you say no to a delicious soup dumpling or satisfying bowl of noodle soup? Especially in the cold winter months in NYC.
BBQ LANDING for WE RUB YOU We've got Korean BBQ chicken, corn on the cob, shishito peppers, KIMCHI, ssam, pickled jalapeños, and gochujang. That's a good start right?
BROWN BUTTER, LEMON, CAPER, SCALLOP It's no secret brown butter and pasta marry so well. To the toasty, nuttiness of brown butter, add some zing and texture of lemony, crispy bread crumb mixture and brineyness of caper berries. With silky-soft scallops, your body will swoon with deliciousness that's a cut above. Mmm, my mouth is watering.
LA GALBI FOR WE RUB YOU LA Galbi is very special type of meat that everyone goes gaga over. I know, because my friends go crazy over LA galbi bites. It's juicy, it's sweet, it's savory, it's MmMmmMmmm. We Rub You make this awesome sauce that takes all the work out for you so you can spend more time having fun with your guests. Worried about a party you are having? Worry no more!
SMOKED SALMON + LEEK QUICHEI had a leftover lox, some asparagus and dill. And all I could think about was quiche with a simple salad of greens and ripe tomatoes with grassy olive oil all over. The asparagus shaving add freshness to this unctuous and flaky pie. Truly comfort in a pie.
RATATOUILLEWhat late summer has to offer. Tomatoes, Zucchini, Squash, Eggplant, Oregano, Thyme, and Garlic baked into an earthy, gardeny delight. These veggies will show you how meaty they can be.
AGLIO, OLIO, E PEPPERONCINOMy all time favorite pasta dish - nothing but really good quality olive oil, garlic, chili peppers, and lots of parsley!!! Simple, yet because it's so simple, it needs the perfect balance. Definitely one of my top 5.
GREENMARKET THANKSGIVING SPREADI'm a firm believer in quality over quantity - and that applies to Thanksgiving meals as well. I know it can be a daunting task to be responsible for a delicious Thanksgiving spread for friends and family. Not so much if you focus on the quality of the ingredients as opposed to the number of dishes you have to make. This simple spread was entirely powered by small farmers at the Union Square Greenmarket, and it couldn't have tasted any better! Stay simple and local and you will wow your friends and family that much easier.
